Warning to all members! If the gate at the farm at Dindinnie is closed with sign saying “Cattle being moved Do Not Enter” This means “DO NOT ENTER” remember please this is a working farm. An incident on Friday nearly resulted in an injury to stocksman. If this happens again there is a possibility of the gate being padlocked permanently with access then only by walking up to wee dam. Not a situation anyone would want!! Members flouting this rule are liable to be barred.

Discarded tackle!!
2nd October 2020The committee have received notification from the Stair Estates factor reporting another find of discarded fishing tackle at Lochinch. This is the latest of a number of finds and has resulted in the death of a wild bird. We have asked if we could get the items to see if they are recognised by anybody.
These incidents could result in a loss of the pike fishing for all!!
Please make sure you take home all your bits and pieces and also lift any other items you find. I appreciate it may not be our members but it is our members who will suffer.
Also, if anyone is willing to carryout a litter lift around these Lochs, please get in touch with the committee and we will organise something.
